This Service Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Moe Customs Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver and applies to all services delivered.
1. Scope of Work
Scope is defined by the written work order signed at intake. Any verbal additions are not binding unless reflected in a revised work order signed by both parties.
2. Estimates & Final Price
Estimates are good-faith approximations. Final price reflects actual labor, materials, and scope. Discoveries during service (rust, prior repairs, contamination) may necessitate adjustments, which will be communicated and authorized before incurred when practicable.
3. Deposits
A deposit equal to 25%–50% of estimated project value is required to confirm appointments. Deposits are credited toward final invoice.
4. Materials
We install premium materials including 3M, Avery Dennison, XPEL, SunTek, and equivalent professional-grade films and coatings. Manufacturer warranty terms govern product performance.
5. Turnaround Time
Stated turnaround times are estimates. Complex projects, special-order materials, weather, or supply chain disruptions may extend timelines. We will communicate any material delay.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information and disclose prior service history.
- Deliver vehicle clean and with at least 1/4 tank of fuel.
- Remove personal property from the vehicle prior to drop-off; Moe Customs is not responsible for items left.
- Follow post-installation care instructions (curing time, washing restrictions, etc.).
- Pick up vehicle within seven (7) days of completion notification.
7. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted as follows: window tint, PPF, and ceramic coatings carry manufacturer warranties of 5–10 years depending on the product tier; wraps — manufacturer term (typically 5–7 years). Warranty excludes damage from accidents, neglect, improper washing, automatic brush carwashes, abrasive chemicals, vehicle modifications, or third-party service.
8. Payment Obligations
Final payment is due upon completion. Vehicles will not be released until balance is paid in full. Past-due accounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month and Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees.
9. Estimate Accuracy
Customer acknowledges that estimates rely on information provided and visible vehicle condition. Conditions discovered during service may impact scope and price.
10. Force Majeure
Performance may be delayed or excused due to events beyond reasonable control including hurricanes, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, utility outages, pandemics, or governmental action.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes prior representations.
